A great long weekend idea…
Has anyone heard about the worldwide treasure hunt? My boyfriend stumbled upon it when he was on Bear Grylls website. At first we thought it couldn’t be true but really there’s so many places you walk past everyday and not even realise it but something is hidden there. Geocaching is a real-world outdoor treasure hunting game. Players try to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, and then share their experiences online. It’s a neat idea to get your friends and family out and about for a challenge and see what goodies people have left behind. To find out more just go to: www.geocaching.com
TIP: if you can’t find one never give up just go back a few months later and it might just be in a place you never thought of looking. Also some geocashes are very well hidden and could be disguised as a fake log or even a rock so don’t count out all obstacles.
